NEXT DAY CAMP TBA

Resident Camp Information

Who?

This camping trip is open to all families in Pack 90. Scouts do not need to attend with a parent, but we must have at least two adults in camp at all times.

What?

Summer camp is a highlight of the year!  At summer camp, Scouts who attend will practice many outdoor skills, learn how to shoot BB & archery, swim, and boat.  Beyond that there are many optional activities for Scouts to choose from such as lessons in geology, horizontal climbing, slingshot, swim lessons and more. Scouts who attend summer camp earn many additional badges and many life skills!

Where?

We will be staying in tents in Lenape campsite at Akelaland, Trexler Scout Reservation. These are canvas tents with cots and wooden floors. Each tent can hold two people. Scouts can stay with a Scout the same gender and close in age or a parent/family member. We can use 10 total tents, so the first 20 people have tent space.  If there is additional interest, we can reserve another campsite.  We are near the central showerhouse which has individual showers and flush toilets.

How Much?

Summer camp is the biggest expense of the year, and a main reason why the pack has fundraisers.  There are camperships available from the council office, but those will not over the full cost.

Mini Week Scout (Sunday to Wednesday) $340

Full Week Scout (Sunday to Friday) $415

Mini Week Adult (Sunday to Wednesday) $96

Full Week Adult (Sunday to Friday) $150

Scouts can receive a $25 discount for paying ahead, but the first $100 is not refundable.  Once we get closer to camp, all fees are non-refundable.  Only pay if you plan to go!
